This summer, Gilbert Yoga invites you to experience the power of partner yoga in our Partner Yoga Summer Series with Master Teacher Heather Promise and Lexie Keller. Running in May, June, and July, this series is an opportunity to explore movement and mindfulness with someone by your side, deepening your bond through shared breath, touch, and support.
